JW I ordered two caticorn pin badges. I only received one badge, along with a tester vial of perfume, a list of perfumes available, and a discount voucher for Cozy Glow. I emailed Cozy Glow to request that they send me the second badge. No reply. I used Cozy Glow's message system. Still no reply. The badge itself is beautiful. Just what I was looking for. It was delivered well packaged and in good time. Unfortunately, the customer service has not been good so far.
