Shop is not accessible for disabled community and neither was the hunt, couldn't go in take away shops, downstairs in hardware shop, not down alleyways and advertised easter bunny in the hive but no one there and we went back three times. Won't be back and won't recommend
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the difficulties you faced accessing some of the locations on the hunt. While we work with a variety of independent businesses — some of which unfortunately have limited accessibility due to their premises — we recognise the importance of ensuring events are inclusive for everyone.
We will be reviewing our future event planning and communications to make sure accessibility information is clearer, and that we highlight any limitations in advance. We’re also sorry you missed the Easter Bunny at The Hive — we understand this would have been disappointing, and will look at how we can better manage appearances in future.
Your comments are important to us, and we will take them on board to improve.
Lovely weather kids had so much fun with egg hunts.
