One pandemic later, and plenty of cooking failures, mango was ditched, and pineapple allowed to shine through. The Scotch Bonnet feel as if they cut your throat...hence the new name. Under the guise of 'The Raven King' when labelled for Tring Brewery named after the beer now inside, we couldn't use that name due to our popular 'The Raven' we thought a different label would make sense.
