A versatile chilli sauce made using a southern African Piri-Piri style hot sauce’s traditional ingredients. Splash on eggs, chicken and fish. Great in a steak sandwich. For the chef, add to tomato-based dishes such as pasta bolognese sauces or chilli con carne.
